Hammy is here 24/7

Hammy holds the answers

One number, four jobs, and no app to install. Ask a question at two in the morning and you will get a straight answer — including, when it matters, "go to a vet now".

Is grain-free food really linked to heart disease? Can titre testing replace my dog's annual boosters? What's the deworming schedule for a pregnant dog? Does my indoor cat still need rabies and FVRCP shots? Should a large-breed pup be neutered before maturity?

Health guidance

Describe what's wrong and Hammy asks the questions a vet would ask first. You get a straight answer about whether it waits until morning, needs a vet today, or needs one now.

What it is not: a diagnosis. Hammy will tell you when to stop typing and start driving.

The Pet-Life Record

Vaccinations, treatments, weights, dates. Hammy keeps them against your animal and hands them back when you ask — at the counter, at a new clinic, at three in the morning.

Why it matters: a record that lives in your chat is a record you actually have with you.

Applying for assistance

Hammy runs the whole application: intake, the clinic's quote, the determination, the final invoice, and the receipt at the end. You never lose your place, because it is all one conversation.

Have ready: your animal's details and the clinic's quote.

Donations

Give once or set up a monthly amount. Your 80G receipt arrives in the same conversation, and so does the record of where it went.

Tax relief: every donation is eligible under Section 80G.

How it sounds

Like a person who knows the answer.

Hammy is brief and warm, and he does not pad. If something is serious he says so in the first line.

The vet quoted ₹20,000 for my dog's surgery. I can't manage it.

Send me the quote and I'll start an application. Which clinic is it?

Sending it now. It's one of your partner clinics.

Good — then they can discount it and we can match that. I'll come back to you and to them with the exact figure before anything begins.

The Pet-Life Record

Everything about your animal, in the chat you already use.

Ask Hammy for the record and it comes back as a card: what was given, when, by whom, and what's next. Bring it to any clinic — partner or not.

  • Vaccination history and the next due date
  • Treatments, procedures and prescriptions
  • Which clinic did what, and when
  • Shareable with a vet in one message

Straight answers

The questions people actually ask.

Is Hammy a person or a bot?

Both, in sequence. Routine questions and records are handled automatically. Anything urgent, unusual or involving money reaches a human on our side.

Can Hammy diagnose my animal?

No, and he won't pretend to. He helps you work out how urgent it is and where to take it. Diagnosis belongs to a vet with the animal in front of them.

What does it cost?

Nothing. Guidance, the record and reporting are free, and always will be.

What happens to my data?

We keep what's needed to help your animal and to meet our legal obligations, and nothing else. We do not sell it or pass it to anyone outside the treatment of your animal. See how we handle data.
